The Beggening

He walked into his room and looked at his desk. He had a summon to the council chambers. "Jalo please report to the Council Chambers immediatly." He read the note outloud. Jalo then stood up and left the room. He headed down the hall to the chambers on Dantooine's Jedi Enclave.

Jedi Knight Tenno Ido stood in the center of the council room lined up with some of the other new Jedi knights deemed ready to take on a padawan learner. He breathed slowly, eying some of the padawans that had already recieved the message to report to the council. Today was the Choosing Day.

Jalo looked around, Jedi Knights were getting ready already scanning and anticipating the younglings. Jalo saw someone he knew, Tenno Ido a Jedi Knight. Jalo walked over to him and said "Hello Tenno, so have you already decided on who your going to pick?" He asked the young Knight.

Tenno scanned the younglings closely until his eyes came to rest on one. She was older than the rest, perhaps two to three years older than the next oldest. Her name was Alea. Alea Krysta. An ex Hutt Lord Concubine who's midiclorian levels were exceptionally high, even for those on the Jedi High council.

His interest was high in her; particularly because she started like him; At a late age. He turned to Jalo and smirked nodding, "I think so," without takin his eyes of of her. Sensing his gaze, she turned, and met his gaze.
